Team

GMD-2

Quadrus maintains a small but effective team which is 80% engineering, 20% support. All of our personnel have experience on major military and NASA systems. Our military experience includes ground- and air-based rocket and guided missile systems, ballistic missile systems, and MDA interceptor missiles. Our NASA experience includes technical services support in systems and software engineering, propulsion, and cryogenic systems; software test and analysis; modeling and simulation; and guidance, navigation, and control. Quadrus personnel provide new ideas and insight into the range of technical areas listed above.

In addition to our in-house personnel, Quadrus has ready access to several small businesses through the Diverse Business Group (DBG) that can be brought in to augment Quadrus’ capabilities. In addition, Quadrus brings its proven commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) interface test tool: the Generic Interface Test Computer (GenITC). This product (operated by Quadrus test engineers) was used for Boeing to perform interface testing of a kind not previously capable, which eliminated anomalies in the Fire Control to Interceptor Command Launch Equipment interface thereby preventing delays in the $105 million per test flight test schedule.

Quadrus Corporation maintains a list of preferred vendors and subcontractors. This list includes small and large businesses. Quadrus evaluates all subcontractors to ensure they are responsible, have the required skills to perform the tasks, have a track record of proven results (cost, schedule, and performance), and offer reasonable prices. All subcontractors must comply with the customers’ and Quadrus’ quality management systems. A Quadrus-led team will turn in best-in-class performance and the composition of the team, whether all-Quadrus or including subcontractors, is completely transparent to the customer.
